Oahu, Hawaii - Day 2 (Aulani, shopping and beach)

This morning, we all got up to head to Aulani to enjoy a little Disney Character Meal, even through we aren't staying at the resort.  We all did pretty good this morning considering we didn't get that much sleep.  We walked to the hotel, and enjoyed the view of the beach, and ocean along our walk.

T wasn't feeling so hot half way through the walk, but we just thought he needed some food. We got to the restruant, and he started to decline more, but was a super human and posed for the photos that Lola and MBMell really wanted.   We met Mickey, and Goofy, before T had his first little vomit.

After that Lola, AA, MbMell and B enjoyed the character meal, while DD and T spend breakfast in the bathroom. Poor guys.

We enjoyed breakfast and Lola was super excited to meet her longtime crush, Max, from the Goofy Movie.  Other said she was blushing when he showed up to our table.... and you can see it in the photos.

The waitress brought a "fake" bill for B to sign.

After breakfast we headed back to the condo to pick up T with the Van, who wasn't well enough to walk back.  B and Lola stayed at the condo to enjoy some time on the lanai.

After he arrived and settled on the couch, AA, Lola and MBMell headed to the store to get some groceries, buggie boards and don't forget the Beer, Longboard.  We headed to 5 different places including some starbucks, but came back with all the necessity.

Back at the condo, T had eaten some food, which was a great sign that he was feeling a little better. We think it was mostly exhaustion as he was up for 20 hours the day before and didn't eat a lot.

DD and T stayed behind while the other headed to the lagoon beach that is just outside the condo to enjoy the ocean and sand.  B tried out her new snorkle and we saw a few fish.  The water was warm according the AA and B, but the other 2 weren't so confident, but Lola did help B enjoy the view of the fish.

We made steak, potatoes, beans and salad for supper while T had chicken noodle soup and crackers.

Kids went to bed, and the adults played some cribbage on the lanai before heading to bed.  Lola is the only one that is still awake trying to catch up on the blog, but she is almost there!

Tomorrow is another early morning, but the kids are super excited.  Hopefully everyone is well tomorrow and we can do the activities that are planned.

Good Night, Lola.
